Took a quick peek at the Canadian telecom names and it's hard for me to see a case for owning them today. If you're chasing yield then I'd suggest Canadian midstream names like $KEY $PPL $GEI $ALA $SPB. A lot less leverage and far more resilient through the cycle.

@jim_duffus I have no idea. I still have a small position. I should've sold it all earlier this year. I read a news report from last week forecasting a milder than average winter across much of North America. This caused a pullback in natural gas prices. Maybe this is impacting $SPB too.

Some say that Hunga Tonga blast of water vapour will continue to linger in its warming effects. If oil spikes then their Certarus could benefit, lousy investment...

Super Plus Corp $SPB When the weekly RSI was this oversold, it was the 2018 bottom and the 2020 March Bottom. It's tough to time exactly as this could waterfall but I love long-term buys here. 8.5% dividend, ~45% payout ratio.
